CONDUCT CODE ANALYSIS / DESIGN

Conduct Code Analysis/ Design feasibility to provide best design option/s for Design Build or bid & Spec projects to suit existing or new mechanical and plumbing systems while providing the best end-user experience. Select equipment as required to best suite the project needs. Finalize mechanical equipment and plumbing fixtures to accommodate electrical, structural, millwork, architectural, and other associated trades to avoid any install related issues during execution stage. Review control sequence for equipment and mechanical system performance to coordinate with other trades, and operation team and resolve any possible RFI issues during install and operation phase.

ESTIMATING & BUDGETING

Perform Material and Labour takeoffs for finalized mechanical system, and calculate installation budget for project/s. Review drawings and coordinate with other trades to perform value engineering exercise to explore any cost saving opportunities.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION / PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Conduct periodic site reviews to confirm installation of mechanical system and corresponding billing. Review structural, roof, floor, and wall openings as required to speed up the execution phase. We understand the importance of avoiding RFIs and PCNs/CCNs, we investigate potential problems complete with suggested solutions to avoid any problem during install and operation phase related to mechanical systems. Keep track of as-built drawings and operation and maintenance manuals right from start through end of project execution. Review and finalize both Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning documents as required for projects.
